Like I mentioned earlier this week, fully being (and accepting) your unique self is empowering. Not only does that go for your personal life, but also your business.
People are drawn to different.
Sometimes I wear monochromatic clothing, sometimes I wear all sorts of flair. And that flair, I might add, is one of the first reasons that Ryan says made "him know" I was the one ... me looking at him looking at me with zero concern of what he thought of my outfit: high-heels with Victoria's Secret PINK sweatpants pulled up to my knees, t-shirt tied in a knot, hair on top of my head and hoop earrings. I am laughing as I type this, but if you know me, you likely have a very clear imagine coming to mind 🤣
In business, I treat every.single business partner (and customer) like they're part of my family because they really are part of my family. I appreciate them. I listen to them. I mentor them. I teach them how to believe in themselves because I am their biggest cheerleader. And that is one of the first reasons my business partners say made "them know" they had joined the right leader.
How are you different and standing out for it?
