I know you've heard it said over and over again: Practice Gratitude.
But what does that really mean? Are we just supposed to
be grateful? I think it's actually more than that. The act of practicing gratitude isn't a state of being, it's a state of
doing.
If you want to get better at something, you have to practice it.
In order to grow the feeling of gratitude in your life you can journal all the things you are grateful for. You can send thank you notes or gifts to people that have helped you along the way. You can make a point to really notice all that is around you and how it adds abundance to your life.
I don't know about you, but I've never really been able to command myself to instantly feel something. Instead, it's the actions I take that help me realize certain feelings in my life. If we want more of something in our lives, we have to put in the work to increase it. I know if I put in the work, I'll see results.
